Refund policy
At Ocean Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on final-sale items, custom orders, or products that show signs of wear.
To initiate a return, please contact us at oceanwearapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. After we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
