At Ocean Wear, we aim to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. and Puerto Rico orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier options and destination. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim if needed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from customs, additional shipping fees may apply.
